"Pfc. William L. Chandler entered the service November 30, 1943. He took his training at Camp Blending, Florida, and was sent overseas june 15th, 1944. He was wounded November 12 in Germany. Before entering the service William L. was employed at the Itasca Cotton Mill. He holds the Purple Heart."
