Will of william richardson
We JOSEPH MCGEE and B BOROUGHS being present with
Wm RICHARDSON before his death and he believing the time of
his departure was at hand, told us how he the said
RICHARDSON did with his affairs left vis. In Manner as follow
Vis. I first give and bequeath to my loving wife Margaret the use
of all my lands and all my stock of horses, cattle, hogs and sheep,
with all my plantation tools and household furniture. Except to
each of my sons vis. John ,Drury, William, Enoch and Noah one
horsebeast, of equal value as they arrive to the age of twenty one
years, and also one cow one bed and furniture, and one cow as
they arrive to years of maturity, the balance of my property, a
house left to my wife to remain in her hands for the support and
raising my children on during her widowhood, or until the
youngest of my children arrives to years of maturity, then all my
lands and stock with household furniture to be sold and to be
equaly divided amoung my wife and children, and my cash also to
be equally divided among them all.

Obviously William died before he could have the will put in his own words, and had to verbally pass on his wishes to the 2 men mentioned.
